Richard Deschamps was Councillor for LaSalle from 1999 to 2001 and City Councillor for Sault-Saint-Louis since 2001. He is Associate Councillor for Montréal 2025, for Economic Development and Sustainable Development and Executive Vice President of the Conférence régionale des élus. He has worked for some 20 years in management and consulting with the private sector and the educational community.
