In the 2000s, the Quebec government moves ahead with a plan to reengineer the Quebec municipal world, which in so doing leads to the merger of all municipalities on the Island of Montreal.

Alongside this development, a number of citizens as well as elected officials on the Island of Montreal voice their desire to give the city an impetus that would make for a far more stimulating future. More

Board of Directors

A new recruit in politics, Barbara Pisani is a young and committed business woman, concerned by the day-to-day realities of Montrealers. Since her adolescence, she has been active as a volunteer in community organizations. In addition to dedicating herself to the business she founded, she has also collaborated in international humanitarian aid projects. More

Montréal is more than Quebec’s metropolis. With its 1.6 million in population, it is also and above all else a city open to the world and to diversity, a metropolis enriched by its different communities who came to establish themselves here over many decades. More
